The
system set-up
With
Diaguard, a number of buildings can be networked with one
another by means of LAN/WAN. Inside these buildings, local
controllers (TIOCs) are networked with the LON field bus.
Thanks to the free LON topology, each building can be wired
up at a favourable price.
Modular installation concept - freedom all over
Door elements, identification terminals and alarm reporters
are connected to the TIOCs in a star connection. An existing
unit can be adapted to new requirements without difficulty
or expanded correspondingly. This is done either by connecting
a new TIOC unit to the LON bus or by extending it by means
of expansion units.
